The reviewer said that the toy-like appearance of this compressor and its 1-gallon tank is misleading, that it is a serious compressor for its size. The compressor has no trouble powering a diversity of tools like a 15-gauge framing nailer or a 23-gauge pinner, for example, and can easily drive fasteners into poplar. To give an idea of how often the motor engages while working, the motor reengaged after five brads, but did not reengage until after 20 brads when punched in quick succession. The tank's draincock is easily accessible, the noise while running is acceptable, and the controls on top are easily accessible when the compressor is placed atop a bench.
