The reviewer said that although this is sold as a sequential-fire nailer, it is possible to override the sequential-fire mechanism to cause it to bump-fire, which is a definite drawback. One high point is that it seems impossible to get this nailer to jam, even when driving 2" brads into steel. Also, a dry-fire preventer should save wear on the tool by preventing the nailer to fire with an empty magazine. There are places on the tool to store an extra no-mar tip and also wrenches, which is a plus. The nailer's design is oil-free, which eliminates regular maintenance. On the down side, it is difficult to remove jammed fasteners since such fasteners must be removed through the magazine, although admittedly jams are rare. A 1/4" quick-connect fitting is not included with this tool, unfortunately.
