The reviewer said this saw had the smoothest miter and bevel adjustments of any mitersaw in the test, and was also the only saw in the test that did not have vertical lurching ("throw") whenever the motor was turned on or off. The 45-degree miter stops were accurate out-of-the-box. Another positive is that the extension wings will support workpieces 19 inches on each side of the blade, and those extension wings can be tightened with thumbscrews. One negative is that the bevel stop system requires resetting the stop and recalibrating to go beyond 45 degrees. Another negative is that changing blades is more difficult than necessary because the blade guard would not remain in a retracted position.
