The reviewer noted more high points than low points for this nailer. One of
the high points is that the nailer rarely jams, even when driving at low
pressure into steel. A mechanism prevents the nailer from firing if the
magazine is empty, which saves wear on the tool. The low/empty magazine
indicator was the best of any nailer tested: the viewing window is large and
has a red pointer indicating the exact number of remaining brads. Another
plus is that a no-mar tip comes with the nailer and also has a storage
location on the tool itself. Some low points are that it is easy to override
the sequential-fire mechanism to cause the nailer to bump-fire, and there is
no drive-depth adjustment on the tool. For $260 one can purchase a
3.3-gallon compressor and hose for this nailer.
