The reviewer described this model as "very good" but when the price is considered,
the Powermatic 60B for the same price was considered a better buy.
Large handwheels control the infeed table, and these wheels are smooth and precise.
The knives are easily changeable due to the spring-loaded cutterhead and knife setting gauge.
This model easily cuts through hardwoods and its cut quality was almost as good
as the Powermatic 60B.
This model also has a five-year warranty.
Some negatives of this machine are a short bed (the shortest of those tested),
a base-mounted power switch, and no depth-of-cut limiter as a safety feature.
