Consumer Reports testers ranked this as the 9th best cordless impact driver, with an evaluation score that puts it in the "very good" range. The power is excellent, the charge time and handling are very good, the speed and run time are good, but the noise level (at the user's ear) is poor. The tool weight is 4.2 pounds, the battery pack has 14.4 volts, the battery type is NiCd, the battery recharge time is 30 minutes, and there is one speed range.
