The reviewer said this saw left the smoothest cuts of any saw tested, and the scoring was almost invisible. There are many other strong points, too: the Baldor motor, a very flat and very stiff T-square style fence that deflects very little, the saw comes with handwheels and cast-iron extension wings already installed, an easy-to-see stop button, strong components throughout, and few (9) turns of the handwheel are required to raise the blade all the way. Some low points are that the manual is poor, and unlike most saws that are marked in 1/32" increments, this saw is marked in only 1/16" increments. This unit does not come with a power cord. The unit does come with a thin-kerf carbide blade but that blade is not as high quality as the rest of the saw. Distribution of this saw is saw is limited throughout the United States, unfortunately.
