WHAT'S THIS?

Powerful, Built-in Dust Collector

The reviewer said this sander is almost as powerful as the Delta 31-300 sander, which was the top-rated sander in the tests, at least when sanding on the disc with an average stock removal rate on the belt. The built-in dust collector, which includes blowers and 5-micron filter bags, is excellent and is particularly well-suited for users who do not have a dedicated dust-collection system. The disc table has a slot perpendicular to the disc face for use with a circle-sanding jig. The only low point seems to be that the belt arm must be held horizontally when tightening it since there is no stop to prevent the arm from rotating too far, plus the tightening operation requires a hex wrench.
