<title>Thomas Moser Opens LA Showroom</title>
<link>http://www.toolcritic.com/news.html#a_news-10</link>
<description>Earliers this month, Scott Daniel, one of the Toolcritic founders, attended the Thomas Moser Showroom Opening Event in Los Angeles with two of his friends. The event had more of the flavor of a major art happening than the opening of a furniture store with hundreds of people sitting patiently through several hours of talks on craft and furniture.

Check out some of the pictures and find out more about what happened at the event &#x3C;a href=&#x22;http://www.toolcritic.com/moser-opening.html&#x22; title=&#x22;Moser Opening&#x22;&#x3E;here&#x3C;/a&#x3E; at the Toolcritic site.</description>

<title>Toolcritic is moving to new servers!</title>
<link>http://www.toolcritic.com/news.html#a_news-7</link>
<description>To continue to provide our rapidly expanding base of users with a snappy Toolcritic.com experience we have been forced to migrate our system to some new, faster, servers.&#x3C;br /&#x3E;&#x3C;br /&#x3E;During this transition you will not be able to sign-in, sign-up or create new reviews.  However you can still browse existing reviews and read all of our articles.&#x3C;br /&#x3E;&#x3C;br /&#x3E;
We expect the transition will only last a couple of days (if everything goes smoothly).&#x3C;br /&#x3E;&#x3C;br /&#x3E;
Please bear with us during this transition.&#x3C;br /&#x3E;&#x3C;br /&#x3E;

<link>http://www.toolcritic.com/news.html#a_news-6</link>
<description>There is a recall on Milwaukee and Milwaukee OEM batteries that can explode if damaged.&#x3C;br /&#x3E;
&#x3C;br /&#x3E;
Milwaukee Power Plus, Chicago Pneumatic, and Extractor 14.4 and 18 volt 2.4 Ah NiCd battery packs manufactured between July 1999 and February 2004.&#x3C;br /&#x3E;
&#x3C;br /&#x3E;
&#x3C;a href=&#x22;http://www.milwaukeetool.com&#x22;&#x3E;www.milwaukeetool.com &#x3C;/a&#x3E; to find out the details on the recall.  If your battery is affected they will send you a prepaid FedEx label to send you battery in for replacement.&#x3C;br /&#x3E;
&#x3C;br /&#x3E;
We&#x27;ve already made the call for our affected batteries.  Don&#x27;t mess around, check out your batteries to see if they are part of the recall.&#x3C;br /&#x3E;
